Hamburg
Hamburg is the headquarters of the Siegmann Group and the center of our organization. From here, we manage strategy, sales, customer service, and central functions such as dispatching, accounting, HR, legal, and executive management.
Our branches ensure direct local customer contact. Hamburg is also responsible for transports from Northern Germany—with its own transshipment warehouse, local distribution fleet, and dispatching of truck round trips, including around 30 daily departures to France and now also to Italy.
In this way, Hamburg combines strategic leadership, operational strength, and customer focus for reliable domestic and international transport.

In 2019, we opened our site in Paris. Paris is not only responsible for return loads, but also serves as a consolidation site with its own transshipment warehouse.
In addition, the site provided an important impetus for our further expansion. With fresh momentum and new ideas, Paris strengthened the structure of the Siegmann Group and laid the foundation for additional branches.
Thanks to its central location in France and close integration with our German sites, Paris ensures efficient processes, stable capacities, and strong customer proximity in the French market.

With over 50 years of experience in German-French transport, we are strategically expanding our presence in Germany. Düsseldorf serves as a growth hub for export traffic to France and strengthens consolidation within our French transshipment structures.
Thanks to our stable
shipment volumes, we can gradually integrate new trucks into our round trips—for more revenue from Germany and, at the same time, higher utilization on return trips from France. In this way, we combine efficiency, predictability, and organic growth in both directions.
Warsaw
To sustainably reduce our dependence on external carriers and secure stable transport capacity in the long term, we founded Siegmann Polska in Warsaw in 2022.
With this step, we deliberately decided to build our own operational transport structures within the Group and to manage key parts of our truck operations ourselves.
The Warsaw site is responsible for dispatching and managing our own fleet and carries out transports as an integrated carrier for the Siegmann Group.
