Already in 2019, we opened a branch in Paris to make transport from France to Germany more efficient and to strengthen our ties with French customers. Our local presence allows us to be closer to our partners, better understand individual requirements, and react flexibly to market needs.
After 47 successful years as a general cargo forwarder, we took the next important step in 2022: the establishment of Siegmann Polska Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw. The decision to choose Poland was deliberate – not least due to the qualified Polish driving personnel, many years of experience in international transport, and structural advantages in fleet management and the mobility package. This enabled us to make our first investment in our own fleet – with ten company-owned trucks at the time.
With this step, we have laid the foundation to serve our customers in international transport long-term, reliably, and with the highest quality – regardless of freight market fluctuations.
